Hands down THEE best! These guys are amazing from initial contact to actual delivery.  They even followed up to make sure I received my product.  I didn’t actually think service like this even existed anymore.  Third party testing results readily available.  I cannot say enough about this company.

I just placed another order last Thursday

Wow, an other order placed. I live in Ontario and my package was delivered the next day. Even though, delivery says 2-3 days, it was delievered the next day. Not sure how that happens, but its incredible. This is my third order with this company, and I am still impressed with the way it is packaged, and delivered. Thank you!

Thanks again, JM. Usually if you get your order in before 10am on the same day, we can get it out the same day with most shipments arriving the next day for Quebec and Ontario. Fridays and weekends would be the exception as Purolator does not provide services on the weekend.

Incredible product and Customer Service

I’ve ordered from Recherche Logistique several times and have always had a positive experience. The ordering process is straightforward, communication is excellent, and everything has arrived securely packaged and on time.

What stands out to me is the focus on quality and transparency. The independent Certificates of Analysis give me confidence that the products are accurately represented, and it’s obvious they take customer service seriously.

It’s great to deal with a Canadian, veteran-owned company that genuinely cares about doing things right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Recherche Logistique to anyone looking for a professional and reliable research supplier.
