All products sold by Recherche Logistique are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes.
Products are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic or clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, or veterinary use.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that products purchased from Recherche Logistique will be used only for lawful laboratory and research purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from independent third-party testing laboratories are published where available.
Orders
Recherche Logistique reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse, pricing or inventory errors, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill an order.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Shipping
Customer orders are shipped domestically from the Outaouais region of Quebec, Canada.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are generally final once an order has been shipped.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact Recherche Logistique within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Lost shipments will also be investigated with the applicable shipping carrier.
Where appropriate, a replacement or refund may be provided in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable Canadian law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Recherche Logistique will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from the purchase, possession, handling, or use of products or use of this website.
Where permitted by applicable law, Recherche Logistique’s total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.
